Your One-Inch 24-hour Food Routine


This is what you Have  to eat for MAXIMUM gains.

Breakfast-around 7:45 a.m.
4 poached eggs
6 oz. cottage cheese
4 oz. ground beef
4 oz.brown rice (boiled)
3 oz. hash browns
10 oz. skim milk
3 digestive enzme tabs
1 Kiwi
5 Free-form amino acid tablets
Midmorning snack - 10:15 a.m.
Blend the following ingredients together:
14 oz. pineapple juice
1 punched-out-looking banana
2 scoops of your favorite complex-carb powder
2 tbsp. of Nitro-Tech proteine powder
1 egg, room temperature
2 ice-cube sized hunks of frozen berries
Drink down slowly
Lunch - 12:40
Mix up cell-Tech proein supplement with 10 oz. of water,Add berries
Afternoon snack - 3:10 p.m.
Same proein shake as before.
5 Free-form amino acid tabs
Supper - 6:00
6 oz. red-meat steak, rare
1 baked potato with little hunk of butter
4 oz. of brown rice
1 Kiwi
1 glass of skim milk
3 digestive emzyme tabs
5 free-form amino tabs
bedtime snake - 9:00 p.m.
2 Hard-boiled eggs
3 oz. of cottage cheese
1 Kiwi
8 oz. Nitro-tech with skim milk
3 oz of brown rice (Boiled)
